How is the installation done?
Once your order is approved, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to discuss access to your Shopify store. The process will begin after the customer grants access to one of our team members. The only access required for this service is to the theme, no other access is required, which keeps our customers' store information secure.
Important: Store Experts team members will request access with the domain @storeexperts.com.br at the end of your email.
What do I get with this product?
After the subscription is made and the installation is complete, the customer will have the Installment Payment on the Product Page , the Installment Payment in Expandable Block and the Installment Payment in Collection Grid in their store.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are charged at the same amount contracted for the product each month on your credit card, without changes over time, and will be charged on the same day they were subscribed.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, after subscribing, we will have several options for you to cancel your subscription. The first is by accessing your account in the 'Login' tab on our website, or by emailing us the monthly billing notification, or through any of our customer service channels, free of charge and immediately after we verify the request.
What is the installation deadline?
Once access has been granted to one of our members, we are committed to carrying out the installation as quickly as possible, within a period of up to 12 business hours.
